Generally, I'm not a huge fan of the show "The Talk" on CBS, however sometimes they have really great things on there. For example, surgical breast specialist Dr. Kristi Funk was on recently to talk about the facts of breast cancer and how you can decrease your chance of having it one day. She also gives a demo on how women can do a self examination on their own.

Please PLEASE watch this video if you are a woman and have questions or simply don't know what to look for. It's not just about wearing PINK and collecting pink Yogurt lids and pennies...you have to know the signs. And check for them often!
