safe haven. raise hope.

Raise Hope is Safe Haven Ministries community outreach and educational program. Their goal is to raise awareness, support, inform and educate the community on domestic violence with presentations that can be catered to any age group. Here are a few of their presentations used the most:

Safe Dating: Designed to help teens define a healthy relationship, recognize signs of dating violence and how to get help if they or someone they know is in a violent relationship. Nearly 40% of girls age 14-17 know someone their age who has been hit or beaten by a partner....NOT OKAY!

Cut it Out: A program to raise salon professional's awareness of domestic abuse and equip them with the resources and knowledge to help a client who may open up to them about violence in their lives.

found this on the Operation Beautiful site! LOVE!
Domestic Violence Orientation: Since domestic violence isn't usually talked about openly, Safe Haven offers a three hour seminar open to the public to educate them and gain a better understanding of domestic abuse.

Church and Business Presentations: Presentations to educate those about domestic violence as well as domestic abuse training to direct service staff.
