S.H.O.E.S. (Shoes Help Our Elementary Schools) is a program at In The Image that provides brand new back to school shoes for at-risk children in Grand Rapids, Wyoming and Kentwood elementary schools. In The Image is able to buy the shoes through participating companies for just around $10 per pair, and in 2010 gave away more than $8,500 pairs.
I found these pictures on the website from S.H.O.E.S 2011 and they really help show the amount of shoes given out!
